I’m leaving for Alaska tomorrow so I have some great guest posts lined up for you guys for next week! In the meantime, I’ll leave you with a simple and refreshing summer treat.
I have seen this idea on many blogs for a long time now and I’ve always wanted to try it. I believe it originated from Gena at Choosing Raw. So I finally decided to try it and I don’t know why it took so long for me to make!
As Gena says – this will change your life. For realz, people.
Banana Soft Serve
2 frozen bananas
1 Trader Joe’s O Sandwich Cookie
Directions:
1. Throw the frozen bananas in your food processor and blend for about 5 minutes, scraping down the bowl occasionally.
2. Add in cookie and process until cookie breaks up a little bit. Serves 2.
Nutrition Notes: 100% dairy free, 100% vegan, 100% unprocessed. A good way to get in some extra fruit (and chocolate, obviously)!

Taste Test: The consistency is JUST like frozen yogurt. It’s thick and creamy – so amazing! I’m a big texture person and these frozen bananas are great! Feel free to add yummy additions such as peanut butter, chocolate chips, granola or berries!
See you on the flip side!!
